  • 5 kg of Bulgarian pepper
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp 9% vinegar
  • 1 tbsp salt

Preparation
  1. Wash the pepper well, peel the core and cut into small slices.



  2. Now cook the marinade. All ingredients except pepper, mix in a pan and boil.



  3. When the marinade boils, add the pepper. Cook for another 10-15 minutes.



  4. In clean cans pour 1 tablespoon of honey. Then put the marinade pepper in cans.



  5. Sterilize the jars for 10 minutes. Then wrap the banks with lids and cover with a blanket. The perfect pepper is ready! After a couple of days you can open and try, but pepper is better if you let it stand.





For those who think that the marinade will not be enough, I will immediately say: pepper will let enough juice. After cooking, the amount of liquid will be just right. Pepper turns out very juicy and with a slight honey flavor. It's really good!
