Pancakes with cheese Ingredients
- 100ml kefir
- 1 egg
- 1/4 tsp soda
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 50 g of flour (recommended rice)
- 80g hard cheese
Preparation
- Make sure that all products are on hand – this will save time.
- In a separate container pour kefir, add soda and mix well. Blow the egg into the resulting mass, add salt and stir again.
- Gradually add flour to make a liquid pancake dough. At the end, add olive oil and stir one last time.
