- 140g flour
- 4 eggs
- 200g dried
- 180g sugar
- 200g nuts
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 30g cocoa
- 200g butter
- 1g vanillin
- 200g condensed
Preparation
- First take a deep bowl and beat the eggs in it. Then gradually pour sugar into the egg mass and beat it for a few more minutes until the total mass increases in volume.
- After that, pour the flour with cocoa into a bowl with whipped eggs, and also add baking powder. And then stir everything with a spoon (or a special spatula) until homogeneous.
- Next, measure 50 g of dried apricots and 50 g of nuts. Then the nuts along with the apricot grind with a blender. You can also simply cut dried fruit with a knife. Ready crumb of dried apricots and nuts add to the dough and again mix everything well.
Then we cover the parchment with a form for baking and carefully lay out the dough.
- Now you need to heat the oven to 180 degrees and send the biscuit to bake for 35 minutes. And while the biscuit is baked, you can start cooking cream. To do this, whip softened oil in a separate bowl, adding vanillin and condensed milk.
Note that the condensed should be necessarily at room temperature, otherwise the cream will begin to layer.
- At the end, be sure to check the readiness of the biscuit with a wooden sword. If the dough remains loose in the center, baking biscuits for another 10-15 minutes. When the finished biscuit is completely cooled, cut it in half and grease it with cream. Then grind the remaining apricots with nuts and sprinkle the cake received by the crumb.
