  1. It's all about technology. Cut the chicken breast in pieces and place in a blender, immediately add nutmeg, salt and pepper. Grind to the consistency of the mince, then beat the egg into the mass, pour kefir and add flour. Stir everything well to a homogeneous mass.









  2. Put a pan on the stove, lubricate it with oil and slowly start baking the base - pancakes, from which you will later collect a pie. They should be 7 or 8. Roast them on both sides until ready. Get them cooled down and do the stuffing. Grate the cucumbers and squeeze the liquid. Also soak olives and processed cheese.









  3. The filling is almost ready, it remains only to add mayonnaise, greens and garlic. When you're done, pick up the cake. Paint one after another finished pancakes with filling, so that it turns out more or less evenly. You can decorate the cake with grated cheese. Now send it to the fridge for about an hour. Done!







Serve the cake before cutting it into pieces so you don’t have to do it directly at the table. It can be made more gentle if you replace mayonnaise with sour cream.
