  • 400g chicken
  • 200 ml cream 11% fatty
  • 300g champignon
  • 1 egg

Preparation
  1. Pass the chicken fillet through the meat grinder. Add salt and pepper, if desired, a ready-made mixture of spices for chicken.
  2. Pair the mince with the chicken egg. Pour cold cream from the fridge. Stir to get a not very thick mass, resembling the dough on pancakes.


  3. Add the crushed greens and stir again.


  4. Put paper on it. Put the chicken mixture on it and evenly spread over the surface.
  5. Preheat the oven to 180-200 degrees. Bake the cake for 15 minutes.


  6. Cut the mushrooms and onions finely.
  7. Warm up the butter pan. Lay out the onions, roast 2-3 minutes until transparent.
  8. Add the mushrooms, roast until the mushroom juice has completely evaporated. Put the mushrooms in a bowl and let them cool.


  9. Meanwhile, cut the cakes in half.
  10. Combine the cooled mushrooms with a soft melted cheese. Add salt, pepper, crushed garlic to the mushroom cream.


  11. Distribute the cream over the surface of two halves of the crust.
  12. Cover one half of the other so that the layers go in such a sequence: cream-corge-cream-corge.


  13. Send it to the fridge for 40 minutes. This will make it easier to cut crusts.
  14. Cut the cake into small cakes.
  15. Decorate each with greens and mushroom slices.
