We are all trying to create a festive mood. However, under quarantine conditions it is quite difficult. No. magical atmosphere on the streets and enthusiastic people, as is usually the case just before New Year and Christmas. And yet one aspect of the holiday won't take away even the lockdown. Delicious food raises morale. Today we are going to tell you how to bake pork.
Pork is considered a rather heavy meat, which we rarely consume on a daily basis. Usually it is used just to prepare festive dishes of different types. Maybe that's the right thing to do. A couple of times a year, it won't hurt your digestion. But even pork cooked on a weekday will be associated with the holiday.
The dish we suggest you make is very simple. You don’t have to stand over it for a long time or prepare each ingredient separately in several stages. It can easily be cooked while you are engaged in salads and other New Year treats. And yet it will be the rock star of your feast!

The ingredients
- 2kg pork
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 5 walnuts
- 2 tbsp honey
- 10 cloves of garlic
- 200g prunes
- salt
- pepper
- pepper
- seasoning
Preparation
- Prunes must first steam and dry a little. Each berry is slightly cut and put a quarter of a walnut in it.
- All spices should be thoroughly mixed and added to them salt. Peeled slices of garlic and prunes should be run in the resulting mixture.
- Wash the pork and make small incisions on it. They alternately need to invest slices of garlic and prunes.
- Do not rush to throw out the spices that remain after prunes and garlic. Add honey and mustard, then mix well. Cover the pork with the icing.
- Fold the foil leaf in half and lay out the meat on it, spread the remains of prunes and garlic around. Wrap everything carefully and send it to the refrigerator for the night. That way, the meat gets marinated.
- Heat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the meat for about 2 hours. Focus on the juice that it will release when pierced with a knife. It has to be transparent. Foil an hour after the start of baking should be opened from above, so that the top is browned. Bon appetit! 8541.
