Ingredients
  • 700 g beef (you can add pork)
  • 4-6 onions (depending on size)

  • 4-5 sheets of thin pita
  • vegetable oil
  • salt

  • 2 bulbs

  • 3-4 tbsp wine or Apple vinegar


Cooking
  1. The first thing you need to clean the meat from all the junk films and veins. Prepared meat can mince or to give a tribute to tradition and to chop the meat by hand. The masters say that this kebab tastes better!


  2. Onion cut up very fine. If you can, a half grain of rice. Part of the beam cilantro grind also. Add onion, herbs, spices, and salt to taste in the stuffing. Vimesy thoroughly, place in a sealable container and send in the fridge for an hour.


  3. Separately 2 onions cut into half rings, pour the vinegar, add pepper, sugar, salt, stir and leave to marinate.
  4. On a wet Board with wet hands roll up kebabs in the form of sausages.
  5. At home, the kebab well fried on an electric grill or grill pan with ribbed bottom. Brush the surface with vegetable oil and put to heat up. Upon reaching the desired temperature (a drop of water will sizzle and evaporate) lay the kebabs on the pan and cook on all four sides for 3-4 minutes.


  6. The remaining coriander and parsley finely cut. Pickled onions press (can even be washed, to remove excess vinegar). Greens and onion mix, adding a pinch of pepper.


  7. Leaves lavash cut into equal parts. The width of the piece should be approximately equal to the length of the sausage.
  8. On each sheet of lavash put one spoon of green onion, then a kebab and roll the tube. Leave for a while, so that the pita bread soaked in juice of lettuce and aroma of grilled kebab!
