Side effects of deodorants

A lot of research on this product, which is so often used both women and men. We, the consumers, don't think about what made deodorants and believe that they are all the same, whereas in fact some ingredients can cause serious damage to our skin.

Most deodorants contain aluminium chlorohydrate , a substance that clogs the pores of your skin and allows it to breathe, thus preventing the release of sweat. Many believe that this is the main function of the deodorant.

But this process grossly violates the natural regulation of temperature in the body: aluminium chlorohydrate prevents your body to cool desired areas and this can lead to serious problems. In addition, some studies have linked the use of deodorants with breast cancer, as the particles of the drug pierce the skin in the chest area.

Yes, deodorant can be harmful, but if you stop to use it, you'll smell bad. You have two options:

  • only buy those deodorants that have no aluminum salts
  • make your own natural! the feel of the house.
