  1. Chicken fillet cut lengthwise into thin strips, not salt.

  3. Finely slice the onion, sauté until Golden brown, combine with chicken.

  5. Mix the chicken, potatoes, apples and add the chopped garlic.


  6. For the sauce: mix yogurt, lemon juice, chopped fresh herbs, pepper and honey.
  7. Serve the salad in the bowl (it keeps heat better), by placing at the bottom of the salad leaves, laying on top of a pre-warmed potato-chicken mixture. Serve the sauce separately.

  2. Add to the nuts or sugar for 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally, continue to fry until the nuts will not get caramel color and gloss.
