I'm sure my girls get the best quality food I can offer them, and you learn to sympathize with those who are weaker. At the same time I am aware that they have to work hard, because the whole world and their immediate environment are still eating meat, dairy products and eggs. Kids get mixed signals and it certainly confuses them.
Typical menu for the day
I eat three meals a day and snack something tasty and healthy between meals. My traditional Breakfast for many years – toast with tahini (sesame paste), almond butter, doused in maple syrup or date syrup. Girls love in the morning, there are homemade buns with chocolate (I cook in advance and freeze them) or, like me, toast. And my husband is a fan of the vegetable rolls.
For lunch I try every day to cook a new dish. In the winter it is a thick soup or a hot stew with beans, in the summer something lighter, like salad with fresh vegetables, and cereals or the legumes for satiety, or cakes with sesame gravy.
For dinner we can have pasta, potatoes, rice, burgers, salads, buckwheat, soup – choose something from this range depending on the season and mood of girls. As a snack we have fruit, homemade ice cream, sweet rolls, granola, etc.
About nutrition at work
At work I usually take something delicious and at the same time easy – no need to reheat the dish does not lose its shape in the lunch box. My favorite set: cheesecakes, cakes with different fillings, vegetable patties, buns, vegetable pies, vegan pizza bread.

Another cool dessert – walnut mini-muffins ( I love all nuts). They benefit from quick cooking, you can freeze and thaw, they lose nothing in taste.
