Effective exercise in the study of stress
We live in a world where a lot of stressful situations each their own, but we all know the state of excitement and anxiety. Nature has a rescue body with a special hormone, adrenaline, which promotes vasoconstriction, contraction of muscles and stimulation of the body for physical activity, to escape from a predator. In our time this reaction helps to cope with the problem and supposedly to get rid of stress. But what to do if problems, more and more, nerves are frayed, and a long-awaited relaxation, or not?
Effective exercise in the study of stress is to write down all the unfinished business.
Take a sheet of paper or Notepad and write down all the things you can remember. I will give it 10 minutes and you much easier. If you hold the metaphor of the Central nervous system and a computer, this exercise will help to close any unnecessary programs that take attention and prevent quick work of your operating system.
An example looks like this:
To go to the dentist to Change the oil in the car to enroll a child to music, etc.
Every action label a separate figure.
It is advisable to write a lot of cases, the more — the better. If will float up old Affairs or childhood memories — write them. Don't criticize the list, so I can unload all data from your memory. Look at your record and cross out everything that is not true. Circle the numbers of those cases that you will do in the next month. And focus only on them, spreading evenly with a kind of urgency and importance. In a month you can repeat the process again, in the same notebook, having taken a fresh look old records and adding new ones.
If you feel that this list bothers you, cross out everything that is not vital. It's never too late to re-want new shoes or to resume yoga classes. Life can start with a new sheet, and you can do this every day! Your life is in your hands! published
