Melon diet.

Diet melon can be even more useful and effective for weight loss and health than watermelon or Apple.

After all, melon is rich in vitamins B, C, A, iron, magnesium, potassium and phosphorus. All this makes it very good for the heart, nervous system, and gastrointestinal tract. In addition, melon removes harmful cholesterol, improves immunity, good for the liver and can even slow aging.





Sample menu diet

Breakfast

2. Scrambled eggs from one egg (or soft-boiled egg).

3. A glass of weak black tea without sugar.

7th day

1. Salad petiolate celery, apples, cucumbers and the flesh of avocado (200 g), olive oil (tablespoon).

2. Boiled white meat poultry (chicken or Turkey).

3. Glass of cocktail "Melon in champagne": melon 300 g, light honey 1 tablespoon Apple juice — 1 Cup champagne 2 cups.
