This provision wants to fix a French painter and sculptor Crate Abraham (Clеt Abrаham), which puts stickers on street signs in the big cities of Europe – Turin, Florence, London and Valencia. Crate says that with his work the drivers on the roads will be more careful, because interesting characters to attract a lot of curious looks.
