Students of the Kharkiv national University of radio electronics (KNURE) has embarked on the construction of humanoid robots that can play football. This statement was made associate Professor of the Department of automation technology of production of electronic and computing systems, KHNURE Vladislav Evseev.





As he said, creation of robots occupied by a few of enthusiastic students. The first project is to make a small robot-scavenger "valley". The development of humanoid robots will be the second project. Plan to do three mechanical players that will make up the team. Later robots will teach the game of football, and after 1.5–2 years team can participate in the world championship on football among robots.



Evseev commented that the first robot which is a prototype has already been collected. He now resides in a specialized device manger and learns to walk as a small child. The robot 16 engines, which gives him an incredible opportunity. He will be able to walk, dance, do push-UPS, run and fight. His height is around 50 centimeters. To control the robot only via WiFi.
