How to get rid of bad foot odor and as a consequence shoes. This problem is familiar to many people regardless of gender. Let's be honest men suffer from this problem more often. Corn. A less known solution to dry your shoes, cover the inside of 1-2 teaspoons of corn flour.
Salt. Miraculous salt may sound like the perfect ally in the fight against foot odor. Add one tablespoon of table or sea salt in warm water and allow your feet to absorb. Leave for 10 minutes and repeat if necessary.
Vinegar. Take foot baths several times a week in a bowl with Apple cider or plain vinegar. Mix 1/3 Cup of vinegar in a bowl of warm water. Make a foot bath for 10-15 minutes.
We go to the fridge... and... Ginger. Puree with 1-2 cm piece of ginger, put on a towel or cheesecloth, soak in warm water for several minutes. RUB the ginger liquid every foot, in the evening after a shower. Perform this home treatment for two weeks.
The radishes. If the juice of radishes (about 20 pieces is enough), add 1/4 teaspoon of glycerin and put it in a bottle with applicator, then you have a good chance to reduce the bad smell of your feet.
Black tea. Enjoy aromatic foot bath with black tea. Tannic acid, a component of tea have astringent properties that prevent the sweating of the feet.
To prepare the foot soak you will need 5 bags of black tea 1 liter of boiling water. Allow to cool, add ice (in summer) and enjoy the fragrant "iced tea" for the toes, from 20 to 30 minutes.
Water. Cure sweaty contrast foot bath. This tactic reduces the blood flow to the feet, and therefore sweating. After a hot foot, rinse your fingers in the bath, with cold water, ice cubes and 1 to 2 teaspoons of lemon juice.
For best results, RUB your feet with alcohol after the bath. Try this treatment once a day, especially in the summer months and say goodbye to unpleasant foot odor forever.
