Experts say that the astronauts exposed to radiation due to flares that occur in the sun, and also because of cosmic radiation. They warn that the effect of radiation is increased when a space expedition is directly connected with the landing on Mars and the moon, because the planet wide magnetic field does not have.

The authors believe that their findings will help directly in the development of biological marker. As they say, it will demonstrate the sensitivity of people to radiation before they are sent to space expedition. A similar approach can also be used in medicine when patients undergo radiotherapy.
