"Consumers no longer need to pay for the support of ecological safety and green technologies to the detriment of efficiency," says Richard Hatfield, CEO of Lightning Motorcycle.
"The Lightning LS-218 can easily compete with today's best sportbike running on gasoline. The Lightning LS-218 have achieved this in 2009 purpose – to compete and win with the best sports motorcycles. In June 2013 at the Pikes Peak track in Colorado, Lighting won in the integrated contest with 93 motorcycles, both electrical and petrol, beating closest rival by 20 seconds.
This bike defies literally all manufacturers of motorcycles – it goes too fast, accelerates too fast, too hard and scary at the same time attracts the rider.
According to the manufacturer, the buyer will have the choice of battery capacity to be installed on his motorcycle. You can also order a carbon fiber frame to reduce weight and further increase efficiency. The seat can also be customized. Even the exterior design of the motorcycle can be changed according to the customer.
