New app Meda:Derm reveals the secrets of chemosurgery
The company MEDamorphis has developed an interactive 3D application Meda:Derm, which will allow users not only to get acquainted with, but also to practice removing damaged tissues with chemical means.
The application combines 3D modeling, didactic training and knowledge testing in a multimedia environment. It was designed to create 3D models of anatomy for 6 different chemosurgery procedures. Meda:Derm covers excision and repair of certain lesions, explains how using various patchwork techniques and knowledge of facial anatomy, the best aesthetic results can be achieved. Interactive procedures allow the removal of damaged tissues by chemical means with subsequent verification of the knowledge gained.
The appendix provides a separate section dedicated to the dermatological products used during training.
Developing and building a mobile app that illustrates complex and life-changing chemosurgery procedures has been an exciting challenge for our creative team. It’s exciting to create an app that showcases the wonder of modern facial surgery to the general public, says Randy Nelson, President of MEDamorphis.
Meda:Derm is now available as a free app that you can download.
