Did guests suddenly come to you? Prepare for them something fast and tasty, and preferably from what is in the fridge – not an easy task. But personally, we successfully coped with it and want to share our recipes!



Appetite cherry tomatoes with delicate cheese filling and savory garlic croutons – our original super-fast snack will surprise all your unexpected guests. We recommend using the sweetest medium-sized cherry tomatoes.

Recipe for cherry stuffed tomatoesGotta:
1 baguette
20 cherry tomatoes
125g cream cheese
1 small bundle of dill
50g walnuts
2 cloves of garlic - if desired
olive-oil
salt, pepper to taste

How to cook:

1. The baguette is cut with bars, sprayed with olive oil, salted and put in a hot oven until roared.

2. Mix cream cheese, finely chopped dill and crushed walnuts, salt and pepper to taste.

If desired, add crushed garlic.

3. In cherry tomatoes, cut the core, remove the seeds and cut the bottom for stability.

4. Fill tomatoes with cheese mass, add garlic toast.

Serve immediately.

Crunchy chicken "fingers"





If you like delicate chicken fillet in crisp breading, then it takes only 10-15 minutes to cook these original fingers. We recommend experimenting with the composition of the breading, adding chopped nuts, corn flakes or grated cheese. Perfectly combined with ketchup and fresh yogurt-based sauces.

Crunchy Chicken Fingers RecipeGotta:
(for 4 servings)
500g chicken fillet
1 tbsp breadcrumbs (preferably large)
0.5 st. kefir
3 tbsp sesame
2 cloves of garlic
2 tsp ground sweet paprika
salt, pepper to taste

How to cook:

1. Chicken fillets repel the back side of the knife and cut in long pieces 2-3 cm thick.

2. Mix breadcrumbs, sesame, paprika salt and pepper.

3. Crush the garlic into a paste and mix with kefir.

4. Load each piece of chicken fillet in kefir, then swamp in breading mixture.

Roast in a pan on heated vegetable oil to a golden crust.

5. Serve hot with sauces and fresh vegetables.

Chocolate muffin in a jar of berries and ice cream





A container is not just a storage container. You can also make something delicious there. For example, these chocolate muffins with a ball of creamy ice cream and fresh berries. All of this will take you no more than 20 minutes!

Chocolate cake recipe at the bankGotta:
(for 2 servings)
0.5 tbsp wheat flour
1 tbsp cocoa slide
3/4 tsp baking powder
3 tbsp sugar
pinch
0.5 tbsp hot coffee
1 tbsp milk
2 tbsp of odorless vegetable oil
1 egg
20g bitter chocolate

150g filling
Fresh berries or fruits for decoration

How to cook:

1. Warm the oven to 180°C.

2. Mix flour, cocoa, baking powder, sugar and salt.

3. Separately mix hot coffee with milk, butter and egg until homogeneous.

4. Combine liquid and dry ingredients, mix liquid dough.

Add finely chopped chocolate.

5. Distribute the dough to two banks.

Put it in the oven for 10-15 minutes.

Cool off.

6. Add a ball of ice cream, fresh fruit or berries and serve immediately.

Blueberries, cherries, strawberries, raspberries or figs are ideal.
