Royal soup from Alexander Bridge

 





Today Lara Kozovoy on the "Home kitchen" visited the popular footballer Alexander Mostovoy. He shared with us the recipe of your most favourite meals.

It's soup, but not simple, but Royal. Try to repeat and you'll never eat any other soup.

The RECIPE for ROYAL SOUP Should be:

half boiled beef tongue medium size

1 medium onion

vegetable oil

1 large carrot

1 beet medium size

lemon juice

1 parsley root

2 tomatoes

6 small potatoes

half of the Bulgarian pepper

1 Bank of canned beans (preferably red)

the broth

1 small head of cabbage

4 garlic cloves

svezhemoloty a mixture of peppers, salt – to taste

How to cook:

1. Finely chop the onion, fry in vegetable oil.

2. Grate on a coarse grater carrots, add to the onions. Sauté for a few minutes. Add grated on a coarse grater beets, drizzle with lemon juice. Fry for a minute. Put grated on a coarse grater, parsley root and chopped garlic.

3. Blanch the tomatoes and peel. Mash into a puree and add to roasting. Simmer 10 minutes on low heat. Season with salt and pepper, add 250 ml of boiling water. Simmer for another 5 minutes, remove from heat.

4. Cut into large dice the potatoes and bell pepper, rinse the beans under running water.

5. Broth bring to a boil, add browned vegetables, potatoes, bell pepper and beans. Cook for 10-12 minutes. Put the cut into strips language, and shredded cabbage. Cook for another 10-15 minutes.

6. Serve the soup with any fresh herbs and sour cream.
