Yoga — 5 easy poses in the morning for a great day

No time for a full yoga class in the morning?
A simple sequence with the proper breathing will give you energy that will bring harmony and a good mood for the whole day!

1. The child's pose. Remain in the pose for 5-10 breaths. Start your day with this pose right away :) It stimulates energy in the body and helps to Wake up.



2. Cat pose. Breathe 5-7 times.



3. Dog muzzle down. Maintain the pose for 5-10 breaths.



4. Uttanasana. 10 breaths. Ensure that muscles were relaxed.



5. Trikonasana. Stay for 5 breaths, tend upwards.
