Warm coconut milk with Bourbon, hazelnuts and honey

Ingredients:
415-420 ml coconut milk from cans
1.5 cups unsweetened milk (any of your choice and taste)
1/2 Cup roasted hazelnuts
1/4 Cup honey
60-120 ml Bourbon
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
a pinch of nutmeg

Preparation:
Mix both milk and soak them nuts for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
Then in a blender, whisk the mixture for 1 minute. Strain the milk (nuts can then be used as the basis for cookies). Mix the strained milk with honey, Bourbon and spices in a saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat. If honey drink is very thick, add more milk or water.
Pour the drink in mugs and sprinkle with cinnamon.
