Country cupcake tea with black currant

Cupcake tea with black currant.It is always possible to cook in the country, the products it is simple and every home owner. By the way, the recipe has no eggs and this dessert can be served during lent!





Ingredients:

  • Flour — 1.5 cups
  • Frozen black currants — 1 Cup
  • Sugar — 1 Cup
  • Water — 1 Cup
  • Cocoa — 3 tbsp
  • Vegetable oil — 1/4 Cup
  • Soda — 1 teaspoon
  • Apple cider vinegar — 1 tablespoon
In a saucepan pour the frozen black currants, water (preferably purified) and sugar. A little heat to dissolve the sugar. Add the vegetable oil.
To combine the flour, cocoa, soda slaked.
Add in the currants, gradually interfering with the flour. Knead the dough. Put into a form.
Bake at 190 C for about 40 min.
