Pindjur: easy eggplant caviar
Delicious easy eggplant caviar recipe Macedonian cuisine. Cook it quite easy, but the pleasure of eating — noble!
What you need:

Shift the vegetables to the pan and pour 150ml of cold water. Cover and cook for 20 minutes over moderate heat.
