Brownie with nuts — simple and delicious!


This pie got its name for its rich chocolate flavor and color. One of the simplest and delicious desserts will taste even better if you add chopped nuts, and top to decorate ice cream or a hot sauce.




  • bitter chocolate – 200 g
  • milk chocolate – 200 g
  • sugar – 200 g
  • butter – 180 g
  • a mix of nuts – 150 g
  • eggs – 3 PCs.
  • flour – 80 g
  • cocoa – 50 g
  • baking powder – 1 tsp
  • vanilla – pinch


1. Nuts peel and grind in a blender to make a not very small pieces and lightly fry on a dry pan.

2. Butter cut into pieces and melt on low heat. Chocolate to break into small pieces and add to oil. Heating this mixture, continuously stirring until complete homogeneity, but without letting it boil. Remove the pan from the heat, cover and cool slightly.

3. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs until frothy. Add sugar and stir again. Continuously stirring egg mixture in a thin stream to pour into it the melted chocolate and butter.

4. Flour mixed with cocoa and baking powder, sift and add to the previously prepared mixture.

5. To the batter add chopped nuts, vanilla and mix well. Then pour in the chocolate dough nuts, vanilla sugar and mix well.

6. The form to lay baking paper, lightly grease with vegetable oil and pour it on the dough. Bake brownies in a well-heated oven for 40-50 minutes.
