Vegetable mushroom noodles

Option mushroom vegetable noodles as a main dish. Very simple and delicious recipe...

How to cook:

The dry white mushrooms – 1 Cup. Soak in cold water for 8 hours, better 12, that is called "at night" (a dish of soaked mushrooms can be a 2 hour hold at room temperature, rinse).
