Stations and bikes will be on the street Red Presnya (D. 1 and D. 31), MIBC "Moscow–city" (Presnenskaya nab. d. 6 p. 2 near the business complex "Empire"), in the Krasnogvardeyskiy proezd, near metro station "Sports" on Savvinskaya embankment. As a pilot project stations are located close to large residential areas, international business center, multifunctional transport hub, close to the quays. For the convenience of users developed the paths between the plants.


Unique for Russia pilot project of electrocaloric initiated by the Department of transport and implemented in cooperation with PJSC "VTB", JSC "Citiban" in order to assess the relevance of the service among Muscovites and scale efficiency of urban transport infrastructure. The pilot project is implemented without the involvement of the budget.
Electric bicycles have become a worldwide trend as a new form of urban transport and are very popular in many world cities. Today similar projects are implemented in three major European cities: Madrid (Spain), Milan (Italy) and Copenhagen (Denmark).
For Muscovites a new kind of urban transport will be convenient in areas with elevation changes and for travel between metro stations. Ride on electric bikes will increase the accessibility and coverage of those areas that can be reached by bike. To get to the destination will now be much easier and faster.
The basis for electric bicycles in the framework of the pilot project are the standard bicycles of the network of city hire. The efforts of the Russian specialists have developed a set of electrical equipment and charging system on the bike rental stations. Special attention during development was paid to security issues.


It should be noted that in the framework of the pilot project, the tariff for electric bikes will remain the same as in the rental of conventional bicycles. The average speed on electric only is about 15 km/h trip distance on one charge is about 18 km e-bike as a normal bike – move with the pedals.
