Developed a concept of the unmanned vehicle room Tridika

The proliferation of self-driving cars, without a doubt, in the near future. Robocar completely change how people move into densely populated cities. However, there are ideas which today extends the scope of application of unmanned technologies beyond traditional transport.

The hybrid vehicle and a living room called Tridika developed by the canadian inventor Charles Atlas in collaboration with Indian designer Ashish Tulkarem. The prototype of the futuristic concept was the Elevator company ThyssenKrupp Multi, able to move along the walls of the building in all directions. This Elevator was used a synchronous linear motor, previously used in the Transrapid train that moves on magnetic suspensions.

Instead of wheels, Tridika also uses the technology of Maglev trains: magnets lift the vehicle and lead it in motion by electricity flowing through the rails. Rectangular shape optimizes interior space: room-Shuttle can accommodate up to six passengers or create a roomy office space to work during trips or at camps. New residential high-rise and commercial buildings can be designed and built taking into account the possibility of integration of road capsules.

Tridika will connect to the external wall of the building by means of a special ramp, to climb to the desired floor by means of a mechanical lift and "Park" at the outer wall of the apartment. Interacting sliding door of the capsule and the house will open, allowing users to go inside and back out.

Unmanned mobile room can be used for residents of townhouses or adapted for placement within the existing garages. In the end, you can apply Tridika as passenger transport in areas with suitable infrastructure. To order a self-driving capsule and to pay the fare will be using a smartphone.

Earlier, Bombardier presented a concept motorcycle Cyclotron, able to navigate in a fully Autonomous mode and can carry two people in an enclosed cabin. published
