Michelin starred restaurant - always very expensive, pretentious restaurant with incredible dishes, is not it? Chef Chan Hon Meng from Singapore refuted this error: his snack Hong Kong Soya Sauce Chicken Rice and Noodle was the first institution in the world with street food, awarded with a star.
