Hatchback Hyundai learned to control the power of thought

Hyundai has built hatchback i20, which can be controlled by the power of thought. The experiment is part of a campaign Driven By Optimism ( «Slave optimism"), in which the manufacturer wants to "challenge of everyday life" with "new technologies in conjunction with the human spirit».




In the experiment, a special headset that reads EEG brain was used and transforms it into simple commands. Then they were sent to a computer that controls actuators.
