kindergarten project Šmartno Timeshare Kindergarten in Slovenia realized architectural firm Arhitektura Jure Kotnik. The main objective was the creation of space, designed not only to education, but also on the self-study.
The open layout of the building combines rarely used closet space, corridor and stairs with game rooms that creates a single area of 700 square meters, designed for an interesting pastime.
The interior follows the idea of the free movement of children inside the garden. To do this, designers also equipped the room with sliding doors to the teachers always had the opportunity to unite the various spaces within the building.
Each of the 8 game has different equipment and field of study. Some are designed for science, others are better equipped for music and the arts, sports, or simply entertainment. In the center of the building is a multifunctional rainbow staircase that helps children learn colors and numbers, is a great canvas for creativity through the boards on the side walls.
In its lower part there is a place to store and lounge with cushions, where children can have their own quiet corner, hidden from the rest, more active areas. Designers also have placed the red hill - endless amusement games and physical exercises, which children love to use instead of the descent down the stairs

Furniture on wheels makes it possible spatial configurations, and thematic corners, numerous boards and sports equipment of all kinds allows children to be active and engaged in your favorite business. around the garden site is equipped with rubber and grassy surfaces, gaming zones in circles, including the sandbox area for water play and climbing area for drawing, and so on. d. Also Šmartno Timeshare Kindergarten has its own small garden, where children help to grow the food they can eat later.
