TONIC turmeric, revitalizes the entire body.




Ingredients
2 teaspoons ground turmeric
1, 5 tablespoons minced ginger
10 crushed black pepper peas
8, 5 glasses of water
Juice of half a lemon
1 teaspoon honey

Instructions:
In a medium saucepan, combine the ginger, turmeric, black pepper and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and gently simmer, covered, for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool under the hood.

Strain tea using fine strainer. Store in the refrigerator.
