Yoga is a path that perfects the body and senses, calms the mind, educates the mind and leads to the peace of the soul, which is the essence of our being. Unfortunately, many people who do not understand the depths of yoga consider this spiritual path of self-realization to be just a physical discipline, and the practice of hatha yoga to be only a form of gymnastics. But yoga is more than physical exercise. It encompasses man in his entirety on the cellular, mental, intellectual and spiritual levels.
