Yoga - the way that improves body and senses, calms the mind, brings the mind and leads to peace of the soul, which is the essence of our being. Unfortunately, many people who did not grasp the depth of yoga, consider this a spiritual path of self-realization of physical discipline and the practice of hatha yoga - just a form of gymnastics. But yoga is more than exercise. It covers a person in its entirety at the cellular, mental, intellectual and spiritual levels.
