In 2007, among other things, also completed one of the most significant festivals of European and Middle Eastern advertising - Méribel Ad Festival.

It is traditionally, for the seventh time, is carried out on the border of two years, which is quite symbolic: on the one hand Méribel sums up the results of the creative year, and on the other - very precise eye for the trends of the future, often pre-determine the winner of the following festivals.

Among the differences from the rest of the festival - the fact that it invited the jury not only famous creators, but equally well-known customers. In each category, two chairman of the jury - the representatives of both parties. This year, the jury in the category Film Cristal led by Mercedes Erra, chief executive, Euro RSCG Worldwide and Nicolas Guiramand, Creative and Brand Director, Orange. President of the festival was the Howard Draft, chairman and CEO of DraftFCB.

Awards were presented in eight categories, with one of the nominations - Integrated Cristal - made its debut this year. Representatives of the three regions: Central and Eastern Europe, the MENA (Middle East and North Africa).

The concept of the festival 2007 announced search for innovation throughout the communication process. And decided to make a special emphasis on people who change the world of advertising.
