The attraction does not depend on the dark or funny facial expressions
According to popular belief, a smile makes a person more attractive, regardless of appearance. Today the results of studies conducted by psychologists from the University of Portsmouth, refute this opinion.
The researchers asked 128 people to see photographs of 16 women and 14 men, whose faces expressing different emotions - indifference, anger, fear, sadness, joy, and others. Each of the subjects depicted in the photograph any photos person gets only once - in other words, all received 30 photographs. The same person, but with other emotions, I saw another subject. No patterns in sets of photos for each participant was not. It was necessary to evaluate how attractive people in the photo portraits.
Participants are usually admitted attractive one and the same people regardless of gender, age and emotion on his face - even in anger, fear, or tears. A less nice people did not even smile more attractive.
Scientists came to the conclusion that each person has the basic features of which do not change under any emotional expression, and they make a person attractive or unattractive to others.
