Four defendants in the "swamp case" convicted

Zamoskvoretskiy Moscow court convicted four persons involved in the criminal case on the riots on Bolotnaya square of the capital May 6, 2012, reports Trend. ITAR-TASS reported from the courtroom.
Alex Gaskarov Elena Kohtareva, Ilya and Alexander Gushchin Margolin found guilty of using violence to the police and the riots.
Judge Natalia Sucina beginning of sentencing with the approval of the guilt of all four defendants in the case to their alleged crimes. As the first lines of the verdict, the defendants were present at the Swamp area during the riots and to participate in its ideological reasons.
The penalty for the defendants to be named at the end of reading the verdict, which can take several hours.
Earlier in the pleadings state prosecution asked the defendants to plead guilty and sentenced them from 3 years to 3 months suspended imprisonment up to 4 years in prison.
