Alfred Jones - Dear PhD at the London Centre for Fisheries. A man enters an unexpected and slightly absurd proposal from a wealthy sheik. He wants to Alfred held sports competitions on salmon fishing. First, the doctor refuses, but the British authorities know about this offer and see it as a new, unlimited possibilities in terms of research and funding. The history of the film "Fish of my dreams" is rapidly gaining momentum.
Around the events unfolding flurry of activity the whole government, the ultimate goal of which is not in the promotion of "hunting for salmon," but to divert the public from more important issues. Dr. Jones is trying to explain to everyone that the project fell through tough, but it's more no one cares. Nothing to understand the doctrine becomes another chess piece on the board big political game.
