Yesterday on the official website of the Russian president - Vladimir Putin was reported that he had issued a decree on the adoption of the famous French actor Gerard Depardieu Russian citizenship. Depardieu said he had to change nationality because of a new law in France, which introduces a tax on luxury. See below.
