Private house Seatoun Heights is located in Wellington, New Zealand. It was designed by the studio Parsonson Architects especially for families with two children and is built on a steep slope with a nice view. The mansion is represented by two units, the bottom of which is literally embedded in the stone rocks and contains the bedrooms and bathrooms. This part of the house has a black finish of iron plates, and the upper block is made on the contrast lighter and more open. The latter is designed seating area, provided a lounge, dining room and kitchen, panoramic windows which allow you to enjoy views of the surrounding area.
