Fattest man in the world - Manuel Uribe, who lives in Mexico. Its weight amounted to 580 kilograms. After surgery, it was 160 pounds thinner, yet currently weighs about 400 kg. Five years of this poor fat man was unable to move, and finally, after a successful completion of the operation, he came out on the street. And most recently, his dream came true: he had been on the beach!
