Puppy mill
Puppy mill - so called kennel owners that rely on getting large profits from the sale of as many puppies. Unfortunately, often in nurseries such conditions the dogs are not the most favorable. Bill Smith - founder of the Centre for Animal Welfare in Pennsylvania - is fighting for the emergence of a law aimed at preventing ill-treatment of animals at these puppy mills.
