Found on the mezzanine - what is it?

Dig their bogachestvo on the mezzanine and found the following (all 3 photos):
Suede bag,
and in it two metal cylinders. Each gram of lead 200. They are sealed with 2 sides. In one of them there is something inside, but you can make out only a way of cutting:
