Festival genteshey "Hecha 2013"
For many festival genteshey "Hecha 2013" was welcome. After all, his past was named the best culinary fest, at the Transcarpathia.
We arrived at the fest in the morning when the team began to butcher the processing of whole pig carcasses. The task of each team included professionally as possible to kill an animal carcass obsmalit and dismantle the classic Reznitskaya scheme. One of the teams in front of journalists disassembled carcass of a pig in 8 minutes 13 seconds. The work of each team assessed the butchers jury, which included representatives of Hungary.

As the chairman of the jury, chairman of the Union of Rural Tourism Beregovo Charlotte Chizmar, experts evaluated the quality, taste and appearance of dishes, from fresh pork is prepared team. Among the dishes - traditional cracklings, piknitsya, Hurka, meat stew with cabbage. The highlight of the house specialty butchers cuisine - fried pork with onion blood.
About ten to the festival, tourists began to arrive. They had a few here at the beginning of the festival and exactly more than three thousand in the midst of the action. Regarding the price - they were here higher than in the bazaars - oriented tourist. For example, a kilogram cost 45 hryvnia Gurkhas, under normal market-price of 25 USD. For the first time in the history of the festival also introduced the tickets. Fee, guests at 5 hryvnia per person.
However, the cunning came not through the main entrance. Not winter sun melted the chilly ground, so after dinner fest held already ankle-deep in mud. However, this does not bother the guests - they willingly ate, drank and danced to the hits of the post-Soviet Variety.
