Whose skull?

Agree, looks not only unusual, but unusual. Horn + fangs in our
subconscious immediately cause fear and feeling of something demonic.

So who owns this skull?





Its owner - the Indian muntjac.
This animal lives in South Asia. The body length is 2 m, the height at the withers - 30 to 40 cm.
Muntjac is omnivorous and feeds on everything from herbs, fruits, seeds, shoots and ending defenseless birds eggs, all sorts of small animals and even carrion. Indian muntjac live alone or in pairs. This territorial animals. Males mark their territory lacrimal gland secretions. Muntjac are active mainly at night. When approaching predator emit short screeching sound like a barking.
