Control over compliance with the requirements of the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) on the limitation of cash payments will be carried out state tax authorities, as provided for by the tax legislation.

NBU indicates that the Code of Administrative Offences provides for penalties for non-compliance to limit cash payments.
The regulator also recalled that these requirements apply to all contracts, including those concluded before the entry into force of the relevant regulations (N210), if the calculations are carried out under such contracts after its entry into force.
Enterprises (businesses) can be calculated in cash with individuals within 150 thousand. UAH for one day, the number of individuals during the day is not limited.
National Bank has appealed to the Independent Association of Ukrainian Banks (NABU) with a proposal in cooperation with banks to optimize the structure of income in order to avoid additional financial burden on the citizens of the payment of fees to banks for transfer of funds.
