Beef and cheese with sour cream.



 
Ingredients (for 4 servings):

800 g beef tenderloin
100 g of cheese
100 g sour cream
spices
salt.

Preparation:

1. The meat cut into pieces a la carte, beat off, fry in hot skillet (or bake in the oven).

2. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, add sour cream.

3. Fried pour sour cream and cheese, a little put out. Very tasty and fast!
