Fish baked in cream
Ingredients:
500g white fish fillet
10g butter
150g cauliflower
150g broccoli
½ tsp sea salt
¼ tsp ground black pepper
200ml cream 30-33%
100g frozen peas green
Fish baked in cream!
Grease a baking dish with oil, put it in the fish fillets in a single layer or two to cover the bottom with no gaps. Lay around the inflorescence cabbage.
Salt fish, pepper and pour it evenly cream. Add the peas and send in a preheated 200 degree oven for 30 minutes.
