First photos of Philippe Halsman (Philippe Halsman) made while still a 15-year-old kid. In Germany, he studied electrical engineering. Being with my father in Austria, he was the only witness to the tragedy, for which he was convicted. Father fell from the height of death, and his son was sentenced to 10 years' imprisonment for patricide. Only the intervention of already famous Einstein, Mann and others, has allowed Philip to release. Before the war, he worked in Paris and then moved to New York. There he met with Salvador Dali. Their friendship lasted more than 30 years. Philip died at the age of 73 years in New York.
