Amazing river fish

Jeremy Wade hosts a fishing show about River Monsters on Animal Planet.
He showed and told about the most interesting and dangerous fishermen who live in the rivers.




1. A two-meter 50-kilogram armored pike caught in the Trinity River in Texas.



2. A 68-kilogram arapaima caught in Lake Rio Maderia in Brazil.



3. A huge sixgill shark caught in the southern part of the African Zambezi River.



4. An electric eel from the Amazon River, which can grow up to 2.4 m in length and weigh up to 19 kg.

16. The red-bellied pacu belongs to the piranha genus, but unlike its counterparts, it feeds mainly on insects and vegetation. It uses its large, human-like teeth to crack nuts, seeds, and cut through seagrasses and other food sources.

19. The white sturgeon is the largest and most primitive freshwater fish in North America. The largest sturgeon in history was more than 6 m long and weighed almost 800 kg.



20. A close relative of the piranha is the mackerel hydrolic, which is often called the "vampire fish" because of its long fangs, which can be up to 15 cm long. This beautiful fish lives in the Orinoco River in Venezuela.
