About the film: Sho-Ying, a young woman living in an old apartment in a Seoul suburb, witnesses strange suicide. Trying to escape, she sometimes looks at the window of an apartment house across the street. Once it sees that some of the lights are turned off simultaneously in the flats at the same time. She begins to suspect that this is due to a number of mysterious deaths in the neighborhood.
